Our Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligible for a Return or Refund:
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items that are significantly different from what was described
- Items that stopped working within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after receipt
- Change of mind returns on working, correctly described items
How to Start a Return
Email us at speedsterp08@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item is defective or damaged, include a photo — it speeds things up. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrived damaged, take a photo immediately and email us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
