How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after a 1–3 day processing window. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Not at the moment — we currently ship to the US only.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal? Yes, it's common for tracking to take 2–3 days to show movement after your shipping confirmation. If it still hasn't updated after 5 days, reach out to us at speedsterp08@gmail.com.
Is the Wireless CarPlay Adapter compatible with my car? The adapter works with any car that has a wired CarPlay port (the kind where you plug in a USB cable). It does not add CarPlay to cars that don't already support it.
Is the Magnetic Wireless Charger compatible with my phone? It works with any Qi-enabled device, including iPhone 8 and later and most modern Android phones. If your phone supports wireless charging, it'll work.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work? Email us at speedsterp08@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you right away.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so we can't always catch them in time — but email us as soon as possible at speedsterp08@gmail.com and we'll do our best.
